Paragon Faucets provides you with one of the most high quality faucets in the US. However, even the best craftsmanship is sometimes faulty. Here you can read about our warranty types and coverage details.

Two-Year Limited Warranty: All faucets sold by Paragon Faucets are covered by a two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase for the original consumer who owns the property. This warranty pertains to manufacturing defects and failures under normal use and proper handling. Paragon Faucets warrants that its faucets will remain leak and drip-free during normal residential use for at least 2 years. In the event of a leak or drip during normal usage, Paragon Faucets will supply the necessary parts to restore the faucet to proper working condition at no cost.

Warranty Coverage Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover products purchased from unauthorized sellers. Damage resulting from installation error, product abuse, misuse, or the use of inappropriate cleaners is not covered. Labor charges, installation, repair, or replacement costs, as well as indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, are excluded. The warranty does not apply to products used outdoors or in environments with exposure to harsh weather-related elements.

Wear and Tear: Normal "wear and tear" is not covered by our warranty. Products are tested for common use situations but are not tested in external environments with varying conditions.

Professional Installation: We recommend professional plumbing services for all faucet installations and repairs. Original Paragon Faucets replacement parts are advised for maintenance.

Warranty Claim Process: To initiate a warranty claim, please provide video or photo documentation illustrating the issue. Include relevant details such as the product order number, model name, color, and purchase date. For any questions or concerns about our warranty, feel free to contact us.
